-NEW FRAMES FROM ZEROUV-

Hejhej från tredje och sista heldagen av tentaskriveri! Har gått igenom alla mentala faser man kan gå igenom vid detta laget: lugn, skräck, extremt självförtroende, totalt frånvarande självförtroende, förvirring, insikt. Nu har jag nått en nivå av acceptans. Resultatet kommer inte vara perfekt, men det är allt jag kan kläcka ur mig med dessa förutsättningar. Tack för er pepp i kommentarsfältet förresten, det har verkligen peppat en stackars nybliven student!

Nu ska jag slå ihop datorn och åka hem. Äntligen kan jag släppa detta och fokusera på allt kul jag har framför mig! Imorgon åker jag och Sean till Milano för att hänga med Disaronno som ska fira sitt årliga designsamarbete, sen åka vidare till Berlin och krama sönder alla kompisar. CAN’T WAIT!

Heyoo from the third and last full day of exam writing! I’ve gone through all the mental phases you can go through: calm, fear, extreme self-confidence, total lack of  self-confidence, confusion, insight. Now I’ve reached a level of acceptance. The result won’t be perfect, but at least I know it’s the best I can do with these conditions. Thank you for the support in the comment field by the way, it has really helped me.

Now I’ll take my backpack and go home. I can finally mentally let go of this exam and focus on all the fun things I have in front of me! Tomorrow Sean and I will go to Milan to celebrate Disaronno’s annual design collaboration, then go on to Berlin and reunite with all my Berlin buddies. CAN’T WAIT!

    Hey there. I have been following you along through your phases. I kinda had the same going on in my life. What helped me dealing better with it, and understanding lots of the things I am and want was a book called “Ein guter Plan”. It’s like a calendar but with mindfulness exercises that help you define your goals and be more thankful about what you already have. I am still so happy to have the book as I already got a lot of stuff done I wanted to do for a long time (like spending quality time with my sister, doing some paperworks, going on a wellness weekend trip with friends…). The book is coming out in english language very soon. Since I have to spread it because I really believe in it by heart I tell everyone of my friends who I think needs it.
