GOING TO MILAN

God morgon!

Good morning! Now I’ll just pack my last stuff before I jump plane to Milan. I’ll model in LovelySally’s new leggings collection, you might recognize the brand as I use their leggings and skirts quite frequently (just look at the pictures above!). It’s always exra fun to model in a brand I really like! As usual I’ve prepared some posts for you, but of course I’ll try to update you live form Milan too. Last time I visited Italy was when I visited Venice and Trieste on the interrail last summer, my memories from there are mostly about insanely delicious ice cream, pizza and coffee, incredibly beautiful buildings, lots of tourists and extremely narrow streets. It’ll be interesting to see a different side of the country! Have any of you visited Italy, or even Milan before? Do you have any tips?

I live in Milan and I suggest you visiting Piazza Duomo, Castello Sforzesco and the parks (Parco Sempione could be a good idea). Milan is great for partying and happy hours too… I think you should have a walk around the canals (“Navigli” district), it’s such a cute area with plenty of pubs. Enjoy your time in Italy, Ebba, and feel free to contact me in case you’re wondering what to do and need suggestions for parties, places and stuff! you can just drop a message on my tumblr (bonniethunderstorms.tumblr.com) or email me at b.bonnie25@gmail.com
    hugs,

I am italian! 😀 I live near Rome, and i’ve been in Milan just a few times, so i don’t really know the city! Milano is the most “nord european” italian city, so the atmosphere is kinda different from other parts of the country, but still very special 😀 You’ll always find delicious food ( i suggest you to try Risotto allo Zafferano, a local specialty!) and lovely people ( we italians are -most of the time- really talkative and easy-going).
    Have fun! ciaooo

Hei Ebba! I’m Italian and I’m going to be in Milan this weekend too, since my family lives there! Hahaha coincidences^^
Anyway, I’d suggest you to have a look at the usual buildings (like the Duomo and the Castello Sforzesco). But also, in Piazza Duomo there’s this super-cool museum which I love (dunno if you’re interested in museums), which is the Museo del Novecento. It’s basically all things from the last century, and I find it really cool! Moreover, if I do remember right, people up to 20 years old have free entry (anyway, when I went there last month I didn’t pay and I’m 17 too). Then, there are a lot of super cool and funny shops to visit, but just walking around in the city center I think will lead you to bump into a bunch of them! 🙂
Anyway, feel free to contact me! My e-mail address is jjsfreiraum@gmail.com , so do not hesitate if you have any question! 😀
